Shame on the Rapists,Dirty mindset not on Documentary

Shame on the Rapists,Dirty mindset not on Documentary
#IndiasDaughter #BBCDocumentary

Here I am sharing the statements of accused Mukesh and Defence lawyer and some statements of prominent leaders and personalities.

Dear NDA Government before banning the BBC Documentary, you must ban all these prominent leaders and personalities. They are saying same thing which Mukesh and defence lawyers are saying. You tell me that what is the difference between these culprits’ mindset and politician’s mindset?

Mukesh:(Accused): You can’t clap with one hand. It takes two hands to clap. A decent girl roams around at 9 o’ clock at night. A girl is far more responsible for rape than a boy. Boy and girl are not equal. Housework and housekeeping is for girls not roaming in Discos and Bars at night. …..doing wrong things, wearing the wrong clothes. About 20% girls are good.

Mukesh: they thought that if they do wrong things” with them, then they won’t tell anyone. Out of shame they had learned a lesson. When being raped, she shouldn’t fight back. She should just be silent and allow the rape. Then they dropped her off after doing her and only hit the boy.

Mukesh: the death penalty will make things even more dangerous for girls. Now when they rape, they wouldn’t leave like we did. They will kill her. Before they rape and say’ leave her, she would not tell anyone. “Now when they rape, especially the criminal types, they will just kill the girl.

M.L. Sharma (Defence Lawyer- For the rapists): A female is just like a flower. it gives a good looking, very softness performance, pleasant but on the other hand, a man is just like the thorn, strong, tough and enough. The flower always needs protection. If you put that flower in a gutter, it is spoilt. If you put that flower in temple, it will be worshipped.

M.L. Sharma (Defence Lawyer): That girl was with some unknown boy who took her on a date. In our society, we never allow our girls to come out from the house after 6:30, 7:30 or 8:30 in the evening with any unknown person.

A.P. Singh (Defence lawyer-For the rapists): if very important, if very necessary, she should go outside but she should go there with their family members like uncle, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother etc. she should not go in night hours with her boyfriend.

M.L. Sharma (Defence Lawyer): you are talking about man and woman as friends; sorry that doesn’t have any place in our society. A woman means I immediately put the sex in his eyes. We have the best culture. In our culture there is no place for woman.

Asaram: Asaram reportedly said the girl was equally at fault for getting raped and could have avoided it had she taken guru diksha and chanted the Saraswati Mantra. Jinone galti ki.. sharabi they. Agar us kanya ne saraswati mantra liya hota, guru diksha li hoti.. toh boy friend ke saath picture dekh kar jis kisi bas mein ghusti nahin. Agar ghus bhi gayi.. toh 6 sharabi the.. Bhagwan ka naam leti aur ek ka haath pakadti "Tere ko toh mai maanti hoon.”

Mulayam Singh Yadav (MP): Mulayam Singh said in his one speech” are bacche hain, galti ho jati hai.
Botsa Satyanarayana(Andhra Pradesh Congress president):Delhi gang-rape as a "small incident" and saying that women shouldn't go out during late hours.

Abhijit Mukherjee (Congress MP and son of President Pranab Mukherjee): Abhijit Mukharjee kicked off a row with his outrageous reference to female protestors in Delhi as "dented and painted."

Banwari Lal Singhal (BJP legislator from Alwar city constituency in Rajasthan): wearing skirts in schools led to sexual harassment. He wrote a letter to the chief secretary, demanding pant-shirts or salwar suits as uniforms instead of skirts for girls.

Om Prakash Chautala (Former Haryana Chief Minister): A Haryana khap panchayat said the marriageable age for girls should be lowered to prevent the rising number of rapes in Haryana. "I am with the khaps on this issue. This will protect women.

Sheila Dixit (Former Delhi Chief Minister): Sheila Dixit repeated the blunder with her "It's okay" remark after her statement to reporters condoling the death of the young medical student.

Abu Asim Azmi(state president of the Maharashtra Samajwadi Party): “If you keep petrol and fire together then it will burn. There should be a law to ensure that there should be no ‘nangapan’ (nudity). Those who wear less clothes should also be banned.” Also, paraphrased: fashion and nudity are responsible for the current situation in India. And in rural India, “girls don’t go searching out for boyfriend(s).”

Kailash Vijayvargiya(BJP leader, Madhya Pradesh): “Only when Sitaji crossed the Lakshman rekha, she was kidnapped by Ravan. If Sitaji (woman) crosses the Lakshman rekha, then “Sitaharan” (crime against them) is bound to take place as Ravans are out there.”

Mohan Bhagwat (chief of right-wing organisation Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh): “A husband and wife are involved in a contract under which the husband has said that you should take care of my house and I will take care of all your needs. I will keep you safe. So, the husband follows the contract terms. Till the time, the wife follows the contract, the husband stays with her, if the wife violates the contract, and he can disown her.”

Jamaat-E-Islami Hind (Islamist organisation). Statement released by Secretary General Nusrat Ali: “Co-education should be abolished and proper education facilities meant exclusively for women should be available at all level of education. Educational institutions should prescribe sober and dignified dress for girls.”
